Join us in the Mertz Theatre with Trying playwright Joanna McClelland Glass for our Act One! lecture series. Glass will share the story of her script as it made its way from real life to the stage, and the artistic process from the playwright’s perspective. This is a rare opportunity to meet the acclaimed playwright who based the script for Trying on her own life experience as the secretary to legendary Judge Farancis Biddle.
