Stars Born at Asolo Rep's Annual Gala

Our 50th anniversary kicked off on Saturday, March 29 at the annual gala A Star is Born. Over 550 guests danced under the stars in the glorious Ringling Museum courtyard, enjoyed delectable fare by Michael's On East, entertainment by DeLeon Orchestra and a special performance by Broadway stars Ron Sharpe and Barbra Russell. Many thanks to co-chairs Nora Johnson and Kim Githler, honorary chairs Janet and Stanley Kane, and all of the generous sponsors and attendees. All proceeds will benefit the FSU/Asolo Conservatory. Stars are born at the theatre every day and they truly shined that night!
